I'd just go for it! Plan for the worst and hope for the best. Snow and bad weather usually impacts the day of and the day after the storm. You can always sit out the bad days in the rig or a motel.
I've hauled my rig through some of the worst winter weather and the DOT boys have always had the roads passable. The trips would take a little longer, but still doable.
