Check out Mass. They will send you one for free. I first got one for the truck, then added the fiver and they sent a second unit. Now you just use whatever one you need. And Ohio will still give you the discount. When you setup the account they put $20 on it and replenish as needed from your account. Sweet deal.
Note: make sure the second unit is put away so it doesn't register both. I keep mine in foil.
