We are at Mile 0 Camp now which is fine. Right on the Alaska Hwy. There are some 50 amp sites for those of us that would like them. And we get 3 TV stations....one is French though, lol. The sites look really uneven but they are real long so you can level pretty easy. It looked impossible for our 40 footer but we had no problem. Big plus is that it is next door to Pioneer Village which is nice to walk around and it's free. They just ask for a donation if you want to.
Be careful with you fur-babies though. One camper's baby got a tick and is now waiting for medication for lyme disease. Please take care of our fur-babies.
Going into town tomorrow to do the touristy things. Gotta get a picture by the "Mile 0" signpost and the "Entering Alaska Hwy" sign and find a good local place to go for lunch. If anyone has a suggestion for lunch here in Dawson Creek...speak up!!!
