Hope it is not too late to sign on the Roll Call. Met bobp5311 at Bow Rivers Edge in Cochrane, AB and he told me about the thread.
We left Central NY 5/20 headed for our rendezvous with Alaska Discovery Tours 6/24 in Hazelton, BC. Came thru the UP of MI, then across WI and MN up to Winnipeg. Mostly have followed the QEW, with side trips to Saskatoon and Rocky Mountain House. We will leave here 6/18 for Banff, Jasper, and on up to Hazelton.
After leaving MB the roads have been fine. We have been concentrating our tourism on heritage sites and have learned a lot about Canadian history that we knew nothing about. Having a great time and meeting some great folks.
