Interesting and I suppose that is part of a state quick response. Although Seward is somewhat centrally located the flatbeds give them a very short access to many areas via roads.
I also wonder if there is also a quick response plan to move them via ship if necessary. We saw many forms of cargo transportation ships carrying anything you can think of including a car and boat trailer. The recovery boats could be dropped in the water right at the spill location.
