FUEL.... coming down the Cassiar Sunday or off the ferry in Rupert..September 8th....there will be a planned Hydro Power outage Sunday, September 8th..6am-6pm, between Terrace and Smithers. This will include Kitwanga and Smithers and will involve all power users, such as fuel stations.
