Oregon 42S coast->42 (to I-5)

How's the road (42S) from Bandon to where it joins up with Hwy 42 eastbound? I know Hwy 42 is ok, taking 42S would save time and miles coming from the south with 33' MH and toad. OTOH, I don't want ...
