  • Highway 6 is a good highway traveled it many times in our MH with toad, only suggestion it is busy on Friday and Sunday. We like to stay at Wilson River RV Park on Hwy 6 and would always see the fire and rescue units out on weekends. Dick
  • The distance is almost identical. Personally, I would take 6 to avoid the traffic on 26.
  • We just took it a couple of weeks ago in the motorhome towing. A little curvy but no problems. But, I am used to mountain driving. A little construction going into Tillamook.

  • Take highway 6 to Tillamook and then north on Highway 101. It is an easy drive and a lot better than Highway 22, which I take all the time since I live in Cloverdale (Tillamook County). The pavement is a little buckled on the east side of the crest but just take it easy and you'll be fine.

  • OR 6 is mighty crooked. As I remember there is some tight blind curves. I would not go that.
Where are you coming from? Might be easier to go across OR 22 then go north.
