I've never understood happy hour at 4:30. Way to early for us. Seems everyone gets potty faced and then they're in bed by 8 p.m. We like to sit outside, look at the stars, go for walks. Yep, I like my vodka on the rocks.
All depends on when you get up and when you go to bed. We try to be happy all day - and then maybe a little alcohol too.
