Overnight Parking RT95 Delaware

Any suggestions for overnight parking along the RT95 corridor in Delaware. We usually use Cabela's but the new one in Newark at the Christiana Mall doesnt allow it because of mall rules. Any thoughts on Delaware Welcome Center Travel Plaza or any other location that is safe with kids in an RV.

Thanks
  • There's a buybuy baby just up the road with a huge parking lot.
  • Delaware is a miserable place to find any form of hospitality. Good luck.

  • I recall a Flying J somewhere up there close to I-95, but darned if I can recall where. I found it accidentally after overpaying for an overnight in a state CG that was a massive PITA to locate & get to. on the way out, there it was, a nice new FJ. Dang!

  • look up I95 exit guide.com Your going to love this. It has pages of rest stops campgrounds and services. We just used it extensivley on our trip from NYC to key west.
  • AllStays

There are several rest areas, Flying J's and other truck stops. If you have a smart phone, the AllStays app. is money well spent. It helps find answers to your question.

If traveling with kids, I would use one of the state rest areas. Better security.

    Enjoy your trip.

There is a Cracker Barrel and a Flying J in South Jersey within a stone's throw of the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
  • Flying J - Carney's Point, NJ - about 2 minutes north of Delaware Memorial Bridge. Note - there is a Pilot just off the exit, not the one you want - the Flying J is maybe a 1/2 mile away - big parking lot. See http://www.pilotflyingj.com/view-location?id=688 ST
  • Thanks decided on a Cracker Barrel in Maryland. I called them and its fine to stay overnight.
