There was construction at the time -- this was in March I think.
At a casino I usually go inside anyway, when I come out I sleep in the bed without the slides out and haven't been bothered. I also just park with the big rigs in different areas. utah
encourages you to not drive drowsy so as long as you are in a safe place they leave you alone.
