I would like any recommendations for overnight stops. A campground with inexpensive no hookup overnight rates, or good safe truck stops or rest areas. Some states post no overnights in rest areas, so I don't know if that is allowed in these areas.

May I suggest Arrow Head campground outside of Glenville, Just off Exit 26 on I-90 (http://arrowheadmrvp.com/). Second stop suggestion is in Scarborough Wild Duck Adult campground if you do not have kids with you (http://wildduckcampground.com/index.html) or Baileys (http://www.bayleys-camping.com/). From ArrowHead campground to Scarborough should take you about + or - six or seven hours. Hope this helps.
