What brooks379 the trucker said, except at St Louis, I would head south on I-55 to Memphis, then I-40 to I-30. When you get to Greenville, TX on I-30, take exit 94, then right on US380 west. Then take I-35W south to Ft Worth. Note that in TX they have frontage roads, jug handle turnabouts and I-35W does not mean the road goes west. It means that it is on the west side of town but it goes north and south. Just watch the signs. You do not want to go through Dallas!!
