After sending the above here is more info from a local:
Norwegian docks at Pier 91 north of the ferry landing on Elliot Way on the waterfront. This thoroughfare is congested and very cramped for towing a trailer/5th wheel. Princess and Celebrity tie up at Smith Cove to the north near Golden Gardens. All of these facilities are accessed off of I-5 from the east from Mercer Ave. through the edge of downtown, from the south along Old 99 through the congested viaduct/tunnel construction site on the waterfront, or from the north on 15 Ave. W which becomes Elliott Way along the waterfront. As I said above, I cannot imagine pulling my outfit through any of these areas.
okiejoe was able to park his rig in an adjacent, safe parking area during his cruise. More power to him. Check with your cruise line about this. If that is an option that's great, but be aware that it will not be a piece of cake getting from I-5 to there.
If that is not an option for you I like the post from the guy in Minnesota recommending Lake Pleasant RV Park in Bothell. I would contact them. If you exhaust those options you are welcome to PM me for other ideas. I wouldn't be surprised if other Washingtonians chime in once I post this.
