If I wasn't pressed for time, I would take 93 through Kootenay NP to Radium then down to Cranbrook with a stop at Ft. Steele. After that there several choices, all good, I would go either to Nelson or north to Kaslo, New Denver then joining up with 3 again at Castlegar then to Osoyoos, picking up my winter wine supply as I headed north. Just my thoughts.
