They will carry only USA fuels. Will have a pipeline and a fleet of trucks. They hope to open 1500 stations in the near future. Pemex is so corrupt you cannot trust them to tell the truth. I do commend you for getting some information.

Simple: Many many Mexican trucking companies are running NEW AMERICAN MADE Class 8 trucks which require ULSD. Thus the pressure from the industry for the government to do exactly as Ed claims. It's too easy to spread every issue with the old Corruption Paintbrush and dismiss it. Like ED every thing I hear is that ULSD will be widespread sooner rather than later.
