It is no where near a major scandal and not covered much by any newspaper because it is a gas station in Texas. What would you like them to do when opening their first station, charge $3.50 a gallon? How many business open and charge 3 or 4 times the standard rate? Complaining the Pemex in Texas is selling for less than the ones in Mexico makes no sense what so ever.
