HAH! They're showing RVs at Quartzsite RV show.....just went thru their RVs today!!!!!! Shame on them.... too bad it helped put Clovis RV out of business!

They call Paul Evert the one-armed-bandit. And looks like he's earned the name.

this will shut down that RV dealership, I'm sure he can't pay that out of pocket, so he will dodge the bullet by closing up and disappearing.

Superior Court is the lowest court in the California court system. I'm sure they will appeal, so who knows until the fat lady sings.

Don't be so sure. Evert has done very well for himself. Been by his massive lot many times and he has been in business many years. That settlement just might be pocket change.

Most distasteful business practices. Those who would advance themselves without honor deserve none.

This is the most distasteful thing I have ever read. Glad they got caught.
