Good morning. I'm not sure I follow and probably missing a key point. PEMEX is a Mexican oil company. It has gas stations in the US. Why would the price of gas in Mexico have anything to do with the price of gas in another country. Shell is a dutch company. They sell their gas for half the price in Canada that they sell it for in Europe. American companies sell their gas for 25 percent more in Canada than they do in the US. Where does the scam part play in. Not seeing the connection.
