I am not sure how to phrase this politely to the OP...
But if you don't get how Pemex opening stations in the US is not only good for Pemex and the Mexican people AND will ultimately put downward price pressure on gas in Mexico AND push Mexico toward an open market system in gas stations...
Then I dont think anything anybody can say will help.
They knew this when they went into it. The Mexican government is the LEAST surprised of all the parties about the reaction or it's eventual outcome.
