But go to excedente, and you soon will find yourself paying fifty US cents per kilowatt hour at DAC rates. NOT AFTER you get your 1st and 2nd stage subsidized rate but right from kilowatt hour 1.
Now get out your USA or Canadian bill and see if you use SEVENTY FIVE KILOWATT HOURS PER MONTH. Well? Do you? Yes or No?
If you use say 200 - 400 kWh per month, how would you like the privilege of paying a hundred to two hundred USA dollars a month PLUS SIXTEEN PERCENT TAX for your power? For many people, they would scream their head off if they were limited to a measly 400 kWh a month.

Even cheap Mexican Combate whole grain coffee costs THIRTEEN dollars a pound. $2.35 per flat of 30 eggs. THREE DOLLARS NINE CENTS for a gallon of whole fresh milk. The dairy is sixty miles from here.
