Contemplating pulled my 40' FW over this route? Is this a bad idea?

Nice drive, but there is a climb out of Pendelton and another out of John Day. Neither too difficult. There is a nice state park on the John Day river about 15 miles from John Day. Be sure to visit the Chinese pharmacy in John Day.
