I went to DMV and purchased copies of titles to the MH and toad, same as original, originals sit at the bank vault and the copies are stored in a small safe on board, they want to see the originals I pull the copies out and they are satisfied with them.
In Latin America it is customary to have the original document and then have at least 5 or more copies all notirized, they do not trust any document that can not be veryfied by the original,I have seen documents that looked real and where actually false, some of the counterfiters are real artists.
We caught one guy that actually painted all of the original seals by hand, he had outdated forms, that is what gave him away.
