Our neighbor just upgraded to an I phone, and gave us one of his old TelCel's. He THINKS the phone number is from here in Guerrero, not the one from Baja or Cancun.
Before we rush out and put 100p on the phone without knowing that the number we have is correct, is there a way to find out the phone number on the phone/card? Thanks!
