Pismo Beach to Yosemite Best Route - Class C RV towing Jeep

Good Morning Fellow Rv'rs.

I'm planning a route to Pismo Coast Village from Los Angeles and then up to Bass Lake at Yosemite to visit Yosemite. Has anyone taken this route in a class c rv while towing a jeep and what is the best route to take?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    From Pismo, get on 101 north to Paso Robles and take 46 east till it splits just after Shandon. You want 41 north to Fresno. 46 continues to Bakersfield. Stay on 41 through Fresno until you see signs for Bass lake. Pretty straight drive with a few two lane roads. Maybe a 200 mile drive. You will cross under hwy 5 at Kettleman city but don’t gas up there. Wait till through Fresno for gas, a lot cheaper.
