Playa Bonita?

We haven't been to Playa Bonita for several years, and we're considering going down for a week or so in January. Just wondering if it's still going strong? Does the adjoining hotel still do nightly happy hours? If you're there right now, are there many beach sites available? Thanks.

    If you want beachfront you need to call them and make a reservation. If available you have to mail a check, I think it's a $70 deposit. Just dropping in & hoping for beachfront has been a lost cause for the last year or so.

    The park is still in business and the hotel still has happy hours. Not there yet so don't know about beach front sites. Last year, all of them were booked for the entire month we were there
