port of entry at San Luis az/mx
has anyone with a 5th wheel had a problem with the height of the border crossing canopy? and do you remember the height coming in from MX to AZ.

The San Luis Port of Entry has been a busy US port of entry since the early 1900s. It connects San Luis, Arizona to San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora. It connects to U.S. Route 95 on the north and Mexican Federal Highway 2 as well as Sonora State Highway 40 on the south.
In 2010, all commercial truck traffic was diverted to the new San Luis II Port of Entry 5 miles to the east. In 2012, two additional inspection lanes were added to the port facility.

The San Luis II Port of Entry is a commercial port of entry, in that it only accepts commercial trucks entering the United States for inspection. It connects San Luis, Arizona with San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora. Passenger cars and pedestrians are directed to cross at the San Luis downtown crossing. The Port of Entry was built 5 miles east of the downtown crossing in 2010 in an effort to divert the commercial truck traffic and ease congestion. Roads connecting to Interstate 8 were improved to support the additional traffic.
