Wondering what best route would be to get from Portland, Or to Lincoln, Or on the coast, pulling 35' Big Horn fifth wheel, 2013 chev duramax 2500.

There are a few ways you can go. None of them will be that bad pulling a FW.
1. I5 to Salem, then HWY 22 to HWY 18.
2. 99W to Dayton then HWY 18 - More driving through town this route.
3. I5 to Albany then HWY 20 to Newport then HWY 101 N to Lincoln City.
