Portland over Mount Hood to Madras, Madras to Redmond, Redmond east to just before the Les Scwab warehouse about 5 miles west of Prineville, south on the road to the Bend-Burns highway (west of Millican), then east to Burns.
The highway from 126 to 20 was constructed so the Les Schwab trucks did not have to go through Bend.
Fastest and easiest road in my opinion.
