Is this a decent road going down from Heber City into Provo? We are 40' towing. Or should we go 80 to the 215 to the 15? Thanks, Janet

Going via the 80 from Heber is nothing more than a huge increase in elevation followed by a huge decrease in elevation.
Take the Provo Canyon route unless you like pulling steep hills.
