Crossed at Lukeville in March with no problems. No inspection on the way down until we got close to Rocky Point. The Federales had a checkpoint that we had to go through and they boarded our Motorhome and looked around a bit, but then we were on our way. Not sure what they were looking for. A couple very young kids with big guns so I didn't ask many questions. Next time I will videotape their inspection in case the plant anything in my rig.
On the return trip we didn't have any problems either, but the only thing we brought back with us was some very tasty shrimp. Matter of fact we just finished the last of them last weekend.
May sure you get your rig washed and waxed while you are there. Cost was $1.50 per foot and I thought that was a great deal. We plan to return next spring for another visit, a shrimp party and a wax job.
