Yes Navarros is a great place. Have had an RV painted there and repairs to two cars.
They do not have an "oven" but they do have a paint booth. They use the grade paint you ask for (pay for) the cheaper the price you might get Mexican Dupont paint. The best is RM paints and they do use that for the best paint job you can get there.
I just spoke with Enrique about a week ago they are gonna paint a classic car for me.
I have their Mexican and Arizona numbers if yo need them.
