Puerto Vallarta Cuota to open in October

Apparently the new Cuota from Compostela to Las Varas opens in 2 months, presumably connecting to the Tepic bypass. The section of that bypass from hwy 15 to Compostela was complete last year, but blocked off.

    That's great news. 200 between Tepic & PV is a fun road but has an incredible amount of traffic at times - mostly all going one way or the other depending on the day and time. You're either stuck in slow traffic or can't pass because oncoming traffic is so heavy.
