I am not a fan of a rear engine vehicles (read rear intake for engine combustion and for cooling system) on dirt roads. They eat a lot of dirt. Think of it is a vacuum cleaner driving down the road with 6 large tires stirring up the dirt.
That dirt then passes over the hot rear axle, hot transmission and hot engine before having a fan force into the cooling package. Yes, side radiators are a little better, but still not designed for extended dirt road driving IMO.
