Rare Prince Rupert Photo
Yes. We were fortunate to obtain the rarest of photos taken in Prince Rupert. A shadow actually caused by the sun!!! Locals told me that we were extremely lucky to be there last Friday.

The sun doesn't shine in Rupert - only dense fog there! :B
In all the times I've been there I have never seen sun even once! - LOL Dad had a chance at a job opening for a shop teacher there after the war. Sure glad he didn't take it, rains 360 days each year and foggy the other five.
- Prince Rupert in sun is more rare than Prince Albert in a can. ;)
- I was reading an article saying that Prince Rupert is a popular place to live for people with allergies or sensitivity to the sun.
- I'm guessing a lot folks called in sick.

Yeah they were in Rupert - The fog was so thick they couldn't find their way home for a few days and came down with the "fog flu"- Oh, cum'on now, be nice!... I lived in "Rupert" for a few years....we don't want to scare the nice folks away from going there to take the AMH ferries....it's a well known fact among locals that if you are unhappy with the weather in PR, then you just have to wait a couple of hours and it is sure to change!....can't beat that!
Gary Haupt- We were in Prince Rupert recently and had great weather. We travelled between Prince George and Prince Rupert for 10 days and never had a single drop of rain.
(Btw....That campsite close to the ferry is a rip off.)
