RCMP seek witnesses - Liard Hot Springs death investigation

RCMP are looking for witnesses and dashcam footage as part of their investigation into a pair of suspicious deaths near Liard Hot Springs this week. Two people were found dead on the Alaska Highway...

Although there is mention of the railroad to Churchill, there is no mention of the Nelson River*, which leads to York Factory. My memory of fur trading days says the English ended their ocean voyage at York Factory.
