Have done most of RT50 at one time or another all the way from Ocean City, MD to Sacramento, CA.

Great road. Fast, execpt where it actually goes through some small towns. Larger towns have bypasses. It is a mixed bag of multi lane & 2 lane with passing zones. Not much traffic.

Beats I70 no matter how you look at it.
