Joseonbeach - My insurance (HDI) passed my claim on to International Claims in Texas. I gathered up all the paperwork and sent it in. I e-mailed before sending them in that there was no "title" certificate used in B.C. and that I would send in my registration and a signed transfer form. That was deemed OK. I'm back home now and the first thing they asked for was an original signed title. A few e-mails back and forth and I realized I was dealing with an idiot incapable of calling ICBC or one of thousands of insurance agents in B.C. to confirm what I said. As per the Jacksons, I called the agent and explained it to him. I got a response from him this morning that my title "title problem" had been resolved. Still waiting to hear from International Claims, but if I were you, I would get the agent who issued the policy involved. They SHOULD be on your side and can deal better with the company than you would be able to. By the way, I had to get a letter from my insurance agent here in Canada stating that Canadian insurance does NOT cover us in Mexico Good luck ! - RYV
