Reef RV Park beachfront is now $40 and the wide beachfront spaces are $50. Monthly rates also way up in the stratosphere. Lots of empty spaces, come on down.

Sadly from Rocky Point on to the West and down South to San Felipe and Gonzaga Bay the rates have gone thu the roof. Gonzaga Bay hotel room rates have doubled for a nothing room with only a few hours of AC a day (power is provide on a generator). Camping on the beach rates have also doubled (no hookups). Prices have been greatly influenced by Mexico Lite Rvers from California & Phoenix. The prices are cheaper than what they pay in CA & Phoenix so they pay, pay, PAY. Law of supply and demand, if people would stop going/paying then the price would come down. Operating cost have not increased enough to justify the huge rate increases, just a chance to make more dollars. On Edit, guess I should add Tucson Mexico Lite Rvers.
