Sure looks like the top of Cameron Pass and the Never Summers in the background, heading up CO 14 between Rustic and Walden CO. That pass sweeps left like that and has a parking area for xcountry skiers.
That is, in fact, one of my favourite drives. Another is WY 130 from Laramie through Centennial and over to Saratoga WY.
