Must be the entrance to a small ski area. It has been many years but how about Ski Cooper near Leadville, CO.?
On edit, Oh heck, did not see answer posted above. Good to see that Cooper has not changed much. Been there many times. Love the ability to ski right back to your car days after fresh snow. Used to stay at Ed & Perries B&B in Leadville.
