I would like to suggest a dry campground that has been open for about 6 years or longer, It is called Concha Del Mar, which is located on the east side of the Playa Bonita Hotel.
We have been spending the winters there for the last 6 years, it has beachfront RV sites on a first come basis and no hookups but has nice restrooms including showers, a dump station with a water supply for filling your RV.
Edgar is the host who was raised in Rocky Point and speaks fluent English and is very knowledgeable of the town and outlying areas.
