In a related topic the President of Canacar ( Mexico Trucking Association) has been in Canada promoting cross border trade. In his presentations he states that the availability of ULSD and DEF are non existent. Maybe he makes those statement because not many of the large Truck stops have that fuel??? He also stated that the average age of the fleets is 17 years. Currently the new Mexican trucks meet EPA 2004! He did note 2018 could be the year of a full ULSD roll out.
