Route from Illinois to Disney World
I am new to this posting here so am sorry if this is not posted in the correct area. Is it possible to get from Illinois to Disneyworld without going through mountains, if so what are some routes...

You can avoid the mountains on that route by staying west. I have driven Chicago to Orlando twice and we prefer to head down to Louisville than east to Lexington and through TN, NC, and SC through the smoky mountains and it is absolutely beautiful. On the way back, we go through Atlanta via 75 and it is not nearly as scenic but it is a bit faster. Going through TN it is a bit curvy and hilly.
