Route from Raleigh, NC to Mesa Verde, Colorado

Planning a trip next spring/summer pulling 36ft tt. Any route suggested would be greatly appreciated. Interstates are okay if need be, but love backroads if safe with tt. Any overnite suggestions a...

Not sure about the route as we came from Idaho, but we stayed a Sundance RV park in Cortez. It was outstanding.
