Just curious as to routing... When we left The Likely Place this morning we just automatically set out Garmin to Bend and took our normal route through K. Falls and 97... Our Garmin kept wanting to ...

Hey I live on hwy 31 and hwy 31 is a little rough in places and has some ups and downs in others. Hwy 97 is in much better shape than 31 but with all the traffic and a lot of it begin semi-trucks I like traveling on 31 much more than 97.
By going through Klamath Falls you will have 100 miles more driving on hwy 97 than if you go through Lakeview and hwy 31 to La Pine.
Lots of accidents on hwy 97 also.
