Does anybody have route suggestions from north central Mass. To Richmond Virginia. I would like to avoid Connecticut 84 and the horrible Treck across the tapanzee bridge followed by the NJ tpk and Ga...

Bill, is all the construction around the Rampo rest area on 87 all done?
I had clear sailing running south on 87 this October. Also 78 was clear of construction. They were working on a bridge just west of Allentown in the spring and had some one lane only traffic that caused some back up.
