Route to Lincoln city or.

A bit north of Roseburg, Hwy 138 to 38 is also a nice drive over to the coast. Lots of options.

Or, I5 north to Hwy 34 to Corvallis. 34 turns into 20 that goes over to Newport and hwy 101. North on 101 to Lincoln City (15 miles or so).

Don, you take highway 22 from Salem to highway 18 to highway 101, turn south on highway 101.

This would be the quickest was to Lincoln City.

The fast option is I5 to Salem, 20 west to 18 to Lincoln City. Scenic is get onto 101 as soon as possible.

There are any number of ways to route your trip. Scenic or more direct.
I make this trip every year and here is what works for me.
Alternative 1
1. Truckee 80 to I-5.
2. North on I-5 to Canyonville Oregon. Stay at the the 7 Feathers Casino RV Park. Beautiful park with full amenities and a 24 hr shuttle bus to Casino across the road. Make reservations as soon as possible.
3. Continue north I-5 to Hwy. 42. Go west to Coos Bay and hwy. 101. It is 101 miles or 2 hrs.
There is a great RV Park, Mill Creek Casino in Coos Bay
4. Coos Bay to Lincoln City is 125 miles or 3 hrs. Logan Road RV Park in lincoln city.

Alternative 2. More traffic but more scenic route.
1. I-80 to I-5 to Hwy 20 at Clear Lake to Hwy. 101.
2. North on 101 all along th Oregon coast up to Lincoln City.
