Reading the info there, it sounds like the locations are posted by users who consider a gas station as RV friendly. So, basically, these are subjective. It doesn't give any real standards that I could find:

These are definitely subjective. I live near Walt Disney World so I checked out that area. One of the "RV Friendly" stations is the Speedway across from Disney Springs on Buena Vista BLVD. The traffic in that area alone is enough to make it non-RV friendly and I am very familiar with that station. While you may be able to get a small to medium trailer in there, I would definitely NOT consider it an RV friendly station.
