RV Park Chiapa de Corzo

Found this one yesterday near the boats to Canyon Sumidero. Just off the Tuxla-San Cristobal Cuota near the toll booth. Go to tehhe first pemex on your right and then do a retorno form that Pemex and look for the yellow sign with the large "E". Called Las Plameras. It is a huge secure lot. No power or dump, but it has water, shwoers & restooms. 50 pesos per night. Enough room for over 20 rigs. Big rig friendly.

Good to see the establishment realizing the value of ioverlander to the extent of adding their favourite places for the benefit of the rest of us.

BTW Those with ioverlander installed as an app on their smart phone will know that once they bring up the place on their screen, they can hit "View in Mapping App" and then get the choice of using Google Maps to navigate there or even smarter, use OSMand or MapsMe which do the same job but without needing to be on-line.
